This page is for sites that either haven't been updated in the past two years, or I don't know when they've updated. Even though these sites are inactive, they're still worth checking out! You most likely won't be able to adopt from these sites, though the ones in the first section all have downloads. The second section contains sites that don't have downloads, but I put them up here for nonstalgia purposes :)
