Tor Configuration
This script applies the Tor configuration stored at ${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-HOME/.config}/tor/torrc

- Applies the configuration stored at
${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-HOME/.config}/tor/torrc
- Enables and restarts the Tor service with the new configuration
